Problem

Traditional MFB apps often overwhelm users with fragmented flows, unclear tiering rules, and limited visibility into fees and limits. Customers drop off at KYC and mistrust transactions; internal teams struggle to review accounts, limits, and fraud risk quickly.

Solution

I redesigned the end-to-end journey with a tiered KYC model, clear money tasks (Transfer, Bills, Airtime), guided savings and loans, and an operations dashboard for staff. The app clarifies limits by tier, surfaces trust signals (biometric, alerts), and streamlines support so customers complete tasks confidently.
